El Faro, my stay
A view at the appartment that I had hired for one month.
The entrance.
Only drawback was this stairway that I had to take (down to enter, up to leave), also with the bicycle 💪.
The appartment was nice but it did have several smaller problems.
There was no heating at all which made it to cold on the tile floor.
And there was no vacuumcleaner.
Jessica, the estate agent, solved that by bying a heater and a vacuumcleaner.
And I solved that by using a blanket as a carpet.
The view from the balcony was fantastic.
But only in the early mornings and in the evenings since the balcony had no shade at all.
When several days later the cooker hood stopped functioning the answer of the original owner was that I
should open a window.
So I did, and the cooking air plus grease blew inside 😙.
The owner had planned to make some fast money since he would have the appartment renovated lateron anyway.
One of the first things I did was to buy a wok and a lot of chinese food ingredients.
The second thing I did was ordering a SQLab 604 Active saddle in Germany.
This manufacturer claims to have the better solution to prevent physical saddle problems
(that I don't have 👅).
I hope merely that this saddle will just last and last 💪.
And Do I Love spruitjes ???

I had almost forgotten how delicious even simple food can be.
Living at campsites and in hotelrooms makes it difficult to enjoy that.
When I left my winter appartment in Beziers in May 2018 I also left the last decent kitchen.
Now was the time to eat so well, and with a lot of vegetables.
The area next to my appartment turned out to be a British enclave.
Although that might be the case at the whole coast of the Mediterranean sea.
Which implies calories, calories and more calories, starting early 🙃.
This is the small version of the famous english breakfast.
Real british seem to order the original one that doubles up everything.
The views towards the sea were nice.
Although these views are less and less appreciated.
The 50 biggest ships on earth polute as much as all about 1 billion cars do ...
That is because they are allowed to use the most meanest poluting fuel on earth.
That way they can bring us more prosperaty ...
I was watched too !
In the supermarchés in France and the supermercados in Spain they have a very nice system at the checkout.
There is only one entrance there were you have to line up but there is a screen that shows
you at which checkout you can go.
Which implies that you never have to wait longer then strictly necessary.
Every next person in the queue is guided to the first checkout available.
Great system !
Waves that make you happy.
And flowers that make you Happy.
Skies do too.
And so does the Moon.
The sunsets were magnificient.
Even the moon rose during daytime to have a look at that sun.
Cycling through the suburbs was a crime when I arrived here since it is very steep there. But the cyclingpath along the main road also does Not make you happy ! It is really terrible and also dangerous. You do cycle on the path and are protected by a guidance rail. But the path itself is absolutely shit. All those activities often made me so hungry ... But that never lasted very long 😀.After having had enough diners it was time to move on further south 😎.
